In the realm of sound, I find my sanctuary. My musical identity is a fusion of diverse influences, ranging from the jazz and avant-garde pioneers of the past to the contemporary visionaries pushing the boundaries of sound today across all genres. At the heart of my artistic philosophy lies an uncompromising commitment to love as a guiding force, to always following the call of the music wherever it takes me. I live for the rush of the exploration and the journey of connection. Every song is a journey to a new place, a continual experimentation with different styles and techniques in a quest to find new avenues of communication. I celebrate love: love for the world, love for oneself, and love for the mysteries that surround us. My hope is that listeners are inspired on their own journey to believe in and love themselves just as they are, while continually reaching for more.

Jenny Maybee is a nationally-charting vocalist, pianist, composer and producer who “make(s) beautiful music expressing the sheer joy of being alive.” Her “eloquent and heart stopping” piano playing and vocals have been hailed as “expertly balanced,” with her voice described as “exquisite” and “in the same league” as Billie Holiday, and her piano stylings compared to Keith Jarrett, Chick Corea, McCoy Tyner, and Cecil Taylor. Jenny is a member of The Recording Academy, has been a presenter for the Jazz Education Network, and an adjudicator for West Coast Songwriters.
